My First Fine Dining Experience

 I never saw culinary food skills as an art. Food, I thought of it was for my mouth, tummy and my emotions. However, experiencing fine dining for the first time in my life, it made me realise and see food as something beyond eating objects. I saw food as an art. It is an edible art. The effort and patience chefs spend in creating their masterpiece and the amount of time they spend in getting the correct texture, thickness and softness in the food along with sweet and savoury flavour it provides in the mouth made me appreciate food in a different level. I have certainly more respect and appreciation for chefs especially in fine dining. Being the fast food environment, where they only rush to make the food, "quick, quick" and in your hands delivered in few minutes. This experience was an opportunity for me see that, food, when taken time, patience, hard work, and  dedication brought magic to your mouth. Just a small amount in your mouth brought plenty of flavour in your mount and made your taste bud get the mind blowing experience. I know fine dining is expensive but, I hope everyone experience this at least once in a life time.

Learning to be more productive everyday (I)

Having trouble to wake up everyday? Here are three tips to wake up and get yourself working.

First and the essential tip is to form a habit of waking up at the same time every single day. When you form a cycle of waking up in a particular time, your body will co-operate with you.



The bed is warm and cozy in the morning and our mind tries to trick us with all the negative things to not to get up from there. So, the second thing that you can do is think positive. Think about how lucky you are. Think about one think makes you happy. Or, you can just think about what you want to achieve and ask yourself if getting comfy and cozy in your bed will help it or not? 


Third, take your phone and turn on the energizing music. Then, get up and do your dance movements for few minutes. This makes your eyes open and fresh. And, you are good to start your day!!
